BoilerJuice is a successful and profitable digital energy business. We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Telesales Team Leader to join our busy, dedicated customer focussed team.
Reporting to our Head of Operations, you will have a proven track record in telesales and previous experience of leading a small team would be advantageous. As the first point of contact for customers wishing to place an order or seek advice about our products and services, our Sales Team are always on hand to deliver an exceptional service to our heating oil customers.
Although you may not have heard of Boilerjuice, we are an established company with a proven business model and a solid customer base. We are different from a lot of other e-commerce businesses because the logistics for delivering domestic heating oil are a bit more complicated than for many other products you can buy online!
We are investing for further growth, but this is not just scaling up to do more-of-the-same. We are also creating new products that combine Internet-of-Things with smart data analysis to change the way a market works.
Whilst we’re excited about what we do, we like to think we’re relatively down-to-earth. We don’t have a big hierarchy, a special dress code, or a company song about heating oil.

As the Sales Team Leader, responsible for the day to day performance of the team, you will have a polite, professional manner and your previous experience will enable you to lead a successful, driven team to achieve success. You will understand what is required to ensure that every customer you speak to understands just how important they are. You will have a positive and pro-active manner in carrying out all tasks, so as to contribute to a good team spirit and the overall success of the sales team.
