Job Specification – Full-Service Customer Services Sales Advisor
BoilerJuice is a UK-based e-commerce energy site. We are looking for a Customer Services Sales Advisor, reporting to our Full-Service Customer Account Manager, to assist with the day to day service provision of our new BoilerJuice ‘Full Service’ subscription products.
Working in a fast-paced company, where our customer service and our reputation are key to our success, the successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to be a team player; possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, demonstrate the ability to follow processes, influence customer decision making, manage multiple tasks and provide a first class customer experience at all times.
Previous experience of a customer services role would be advantageous but not essential.
Working as a customer services sales advisor, your duties will include daily quoting and quote chasing, conversion of incoming new business enquiries, logistical arrangements of tank monitor delivery, assisting with monitoring customers oil levels, processing orders, and order queries from Full Service customers either by telephone or email, communicating with our suppliers and internal departments, and accurate record keeping.
Although you may not have heard of BoilerJuice, we are an established company with a proven business model and a solid customer base. We are different from a lot of other e-commerce businesses because the logistics for delivering what we sell (domestic heating oil) are a bit more complicated than for many other products you can buy online!
We are investing for further growth and are also creating new products that combine Internet-of-Things with smart data analysis to change the way a market works. That means working on innovative ways of managing a competitive marketplace.
Whilst we’re excited about what we do, we like to think we’re relatively down-to-earth. We don’t have a big hierarchy, a special dress code, or a company song about heating oil.
